We're looking for a
Radio Network Integration Engineer
to join us at Telia.

I'm Oliver Lekk, Head of Mobile Network, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building and maintaining a world-class mobile network that keeps our customers connected anytime, anywhere.

What You'll Do

  • You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless radio network integration and performance across Telia's mobile infrastructure.
  • Perform integration, configuration, and commissioning of radio network elements (RAN, Core, Transmission, etc.).
  • Execute software upgrades, parameter changes, and network expansions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of integration activities and results.
  • Work closely with project managers, field engineers, and customers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

  • You're a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-evolving technology environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with radio network equipment and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with network management tools, protocols, and automation scripts.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English.

Preferred:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., GSM, LTE, NR).
  • Experience working in multi-vendor environments.
