Customer Success Product Specialist
to join our Estonian Fitek team.

About Job

As a Customer Success Product Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and help them achieve their business goals using our products and services. Your role will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone and email. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Customer Training: Conduct training sessions to help customers understand and effectively use our products and services
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our platform

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both Estonian and English
  • Technical thinking, courage, strong analytical and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to understanding and resolving client issues
  • Skillful computer user
  • Attention to detail, reliability, independence, and a positive attitude
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role

Desirable:

  • Experience in the finance/accounting industry
  • Knowledge in information technology
  • Familiarity with JIRA SD, Jira Software, Odoo
