Accounts Payable

What You'll Be Doing

  • Enter purchase invoices into our accounting systems
  • Double-check the accounts payable ledger to keep things accurate
  • Prepare payment files and submit payments through our banking tools
  • Chase down receipts and verify internal expenses

Help improve our internal finance processes, with a focus on the Purchase to Pay process (automation, approval workflows, etc.)
- Support both our
Estonian and French
entities (don't worry, we'll guide you)

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in
    accounting or AP
  • Good knowledge of
    accounting principles
    and the role of AP in a business
  • Comfortable using
    Google Sheets and Directo
  • Professional
    English
    (written and spoken)
  • A
    hardworking, deadline-driven
    , and
    friendly
    mindset
  • Motivation to learn and take ownership of your tasks

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with
    Estonian tax regulations
    , especially VAT
  • Experience with
    EU VAT
    rules or cross-border transactions
  • Familiarity with French accounting tools or other GAAP-compliant systems
  • Exposure to Netsuite
  • Working knowledge of
    Estonian and/or French
