part-time
detail-driven
Accounting Assistant
who
thrives on precision, responsibility, and keeping finances on the right track

Ampler is known for crafting the lightest and most secure e-bikes, setting new standards in superior quality and simplicity. In our quest to build the best commuting device, our products have won multiple design and product awards. In April we launched Nova, the world's first e-bike with USB-C charging, allowing it to be powered with a standard laptop charger. Nova received the highest accolade in the cycling world and won the Eurobike Gold Award 2025.

 About the role:

As an
Accounting Assistant
at Ampler, you will be an essential part of our finance operations. Working 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, you will handle
key accounting processes, payroll,
and
routine tasks
that ensure our
financial workflows run smoothly
.

What you'll do:

  • Receive, record, and forward invoices for approval using Envoice and/or CostPocket
  • Reconcile bank transactions with the correct invoices and accounts in Merit Aktiva
  • Execute payments and prepare payment orders
  • Process monthly payroll in Merit Palk
  • Monitor the accuracy of tax accounting (including salaries, taxes, and declarations)
  • Perform other routine accounting tasks as needed

About you:

You'll succeed in this role if you bring a combination of
technical skills
and
precision
to your daily work.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
    Merit Aktiva
    and
    Merit Palk
  • Prior
    payroll processing experience
    (including tax accounting)
  • Experience with Envoice, CostPocket, or similar
    invoice management
    tools
  • A track record in executing payments and reconciling them with accounting records
  • Solid understanding of
    tax accounting principles
    and their application in daily work
  • Good command of
    Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in both written and spoken
    Estonian
    and
    English
  • Accuracy, a systematic mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility
