Our company is a dynamic mobile gaming studio dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging experiences that bring comfort and sincere fun to players worldwide. We are a team of highly motivated specialists (60 people) and obsessive innovators, producing engaging high-end games to serve our players with that sweet taste of joy.

Our flagship title is a casual mobile game (Merge & Puzzle) that combines resource management, gardening, and a rich storyline with intriguing character arcs. Players explore a magical world filled with charming characters and creatures, engaging in match-and-merge gameplay to restore and develop the game's environment. The game offers a cozy atmosphere and a rich storyline with intriguing character arcs that provide great fun.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across networks like Google Ads, AppLovin, etc.

  • Test new channels, markets, and creatives to scale user acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the UA Lead to develop strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Analyze performance and optimize ROAS using tools like AppsFlyer.

  • Stay current with UA trends and implement best practices.

  • Work cross-functionally with creative, data, and product teams.



Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 years of hands-on UA experience for mobile games.

  • Experience with IAP-monetized titles; puzzle game experience is a plus.

  • Skilled in managing multiple ad networks (SANs, video).

  • Proficient in analytics tools like AppsFlyer.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
