Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Manager located in Tallinn. The Media Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing media strategies, managing media campaigns, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Daily tasks include overseeing media planning, developing media strategies, coordinating media buying, managing public relations efforts, and effectively communicating with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

  • Media Planning and Media Strategy skills
  • Estonian/Russian/German/Ukrainian or other specialty languages
  • The ability to work non-traditional hours and for a very western type company (read NOT ESTONIAN)
  • Strong Communication skills and experience with New Media and SOCIAL MEDIA (LI, Tik Tok, IG, FB)
  • Public Relations skills
  • Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in managing media campaigns and budgets
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
