Product Data Analyst
to become a key player in our product analytics team.

What You'll Do

As a Product Data Analyst, you'll act as the data compass for your product teams, helping navigate product development with clarity and confidence. Your work will directly impact how we build, refine, and scale user-centric features that deliver real value.

  • Uncover insights
    through data exploration and visualisation that inform product direction and strategic choices.
  • Collaborate closely
    with product managers, designers, and engineers to define success metrics, identify opportunities, and validate hypotheses.
  • Design and execute experiments
    (A/B testing, cohort analysis, user flow diagnostics) to evaluate new product ideas and optimize existing features.
  • Build self-serve tools and dashboards
    that empower teams with visibility into key metrics like adoption, retention, and feature usage.
  • Translate data into decisions
    with clear, compelling narratives tailored to stakeholders of all technical levels.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in product analytics, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Mastery of
    SQL
    for wrangling complex datasets; familiarity with
    Python or R
    for deeper statistical analysis.
  • Experience with
    BI tools
    (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and a passion for clean, insightful visualisations.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, user behaviour analysis, and experimentation methodology.
  • A proactive mindset — you don't wait for questions, you anticipate them.
  • Clear, structured communicator — whether in writing, presentations, or casual conversations.
  • Bonus points for experience in
    A/B testing frameworks

    custom metrics pipelines
    .
