Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia Inbank Full time €40,000 - €60,000 per year

Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Understanding our products and channels is essential to our success. To support our growth through data-driven decision-making, the Origination Tribe's Customer Channel team is seeking a passionate and skilled Product Data Analyst to join our Tallinn office and drive business outcomes across all Inbank operating countries.

As a Product Data Analyst, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive product development and business growth. In this role, you will analyse user behaviour, product performance, and market trends to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other business stakeholders to define key metrics, implement tracking systems, build business cases for new initiatives, and develop insightful dashboards. Your work will play a critical role in prioritising and shaping the success of new features and products.

What will you be doing?

  • Formulating hypotheses and extracting relevant insights from product usage, user behaviour, and market data to inform product development and support business growth.
  • Defining, monitoring, and analysing key product metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Setting up and maintaining web analytics tools and event tracking to gain a deeper understanding of user behaviour and product usage.
  • Performing business case calculations to prioritise the development of new products or features and to assess their post-release impact.
  • Building dashboards to support product teams and other stakeholders in tracking progress and making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers, User Researchers, Engineers, Data Warehouse teams, and business stakeholders to share insights and align on objectives.

Ideally, you would have:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role, with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or comparable platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL for sourcing data, and experience building dashboards using tools like Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret product and user data, identify issues, calculate the business impact of new solutions, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Solid understanding of business context to deliver relevant data and insights that inform product development decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to identifying issues and supporting product teams in creating effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll get in return:

  • We offer a competitive salary that is based on your experience level and a great benefits package.
  • Sports compensation, or additional health insurance, and extra vacation days after the 3rd year of employment.
  • Based on the performance, a 6-week paid sabbatical after 4 years of working at Inbank.
  • Interesting and challenging working environment with opportunities to develop professionally.
  • A hybrid, agile and autonomous working environment.
  • Team events and additional perks.

At Inbank, we strive to have an inclusive and diverse working environment, so we welcome you to apply even if you do not match all the points here, but think you would do well.
