We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing travel project in Tallinn. This hybrid role offers flexibility — allowing candidates to choose their working arrangement in agreement with their manager.
During the training period, we prefer candidates to work from our Tallinn office to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience and proper integration with the team. After training, the working arrangement can be adapted to suit the candidate's preferences, offering a blend of remote and on-site work.
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, helping them plan, book, and enjoy their travel experiences. You will ensure exceptional service by solving issues efficiently, guiding customers through their journey, and providing accurate and timely information.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish.

Assisting customers with booking processes, travel changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.

Providing accurate travel-related information in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

Resolving issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Keeping updated on project developments, travel offers, and industry trends.

Adapting to a flexible hybrid work setup while maintaining strong communication with your manager.
The ideal candidate will have:

Fluent Danish (C1+) — excellent written and spoken communication skills.

English proficiency (B2 level minimum).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer service or travel-related experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

This is a hybrid role in Tallinn.

There is no fixed setup — candidates can decide their work arrangement in coordination with their closest manager.

After training, candidates may adjust their work setup according to their preferences, maintaining effective communication with their manager.
Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. Candidates must either already be based in Estonia or arrange their relocation independently if they decide to apply.
