Product Data Analyst

As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a key role in representing all the key products, their related processes and data generation to turn it into meaningful insights that drive data-driven decision-making. You will be a critical enhancement to the growing Product Department, that manages the development of the following in-house products:

• Bombay Wallet - The key entry point and heart of the Bombay Product ecosystem
• Casino Management Software - Collection of Products and Back Offices used to set up and operate our Landbased Casinos and Wallet Customers
• - Bombay's Online Casino extension
• Loyalty ecosystem - Product for rewarding any activity within Bombay Ecosystem

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries (PostgreSQL) to support analysis and decision-making.
• Build and maintain reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Interpret and present data clearly through visuals, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine questions, understand context, and validate outputs.
• Ensure reporting accuracy by following structured documentation and change-tracking processes.
• Manage time and priorities independently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting, and analytical processes.
• Align business needs with data capabilities by working closely with technical and non-technical teams.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through clear communication, training, and support.
• Document logic and assumptions to ensure transparency and reproducibility of analysis.

• 2 years in a Business Analyst or similar data-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing accurate, efficient queries (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
• Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a structured approach.
• Clear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in spoken and written English, with strong documentation and presentation skills. Estonian language skills are an advantage.
• Organised and methodical, able to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and balancing multiple demands.
• Experience with SSRS, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in iGaming is a bonus.
• Ability to work at least part-time from the office.

You'll be part of the Bombay Product team of around 30 people, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Consultants and Leadership teams, while reporting to the Head of Product. Bombay Group already brings together 400 people — and we're still growing.
