Product Designer

Purpose of the role:

As a Product Designer at Bombay, you'll be the creative force behind our web interfaces and landing pages, crafting beautifully executed, conversion-focused, and on-brand digital experiences. You'll juggle multiple projects, dive into ambiguous briefs, and turn stakeholder needs into structured, elegant, and compelling design solutions.

How you will contribute:

• Design high-impact, conversion-optimized web pages and landing experiences that feel premium, intuitive, and on-brand.
• Lead the full design process—from early idea sketches and low-fidelity wireframes to polished UIs and developer-ready prototypes.
• Create and maintain clear design deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows) to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to define challenges, run workshops, and deliver fast-paced design solutions.
• Work closely with engineers throughout the project lifecycle—providing design support, refining user experience, and navigating technical constraints.

What we are looking for:

• 3 years of experience designing for web, with a strong focus on high-converting landing pages and digital experiences.
• A standout portfolio showcasing your UI/UX skills, visual storytelling, and ability to design clean, premium-quality interfaces.
• Someone who's both creative and structured, bold yet thoughtful — comfortable navigating organized chaos and startup energy.
• Strong understanding of brand and graphic design principles — layout, typography, balance, and visual hierarchy.
• A sharp eye for visual detail and consistency, with the ability to create designs that feel refined, modern, and high-end.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience using design systems to streamline workflows.
• Clear and confident communication skills — you ask the right questions, think critically, and present thoughtful design solutions.
• A startup-ready mindset — fast-paced, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience in casino, hospitality, entertainment, or high-growth eCommerce is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms.
• Availability to work within Eastern European Time (EET) hours.

The team by your side:

You'll be part of the Bombay Marketing team, working closely with Product and Graphic Designers, a Social Media Manager, Copywriter, and CRM Manager, and reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
