About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the trusted advisor for users of world-leading digital products. Whether by phone, email, or chat, you'll help customers solve issues, maximize their product use, and enjoy a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and friendly support across multiple communication channels.
  • Use CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and internal tools to manage cases efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries within defined service levels.
  • Consistently meet performance targets such as resolution rates, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
  • Participate in regular training and stay updated on new products and features.
