Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator located in Tallinn. The Project Estimator will be responsible for creating accurate and timely project estimates, managing costs, and budgeting for various construction projects. This role requires effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The Project Estimator will be involved in all stages of project estimation from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered within the budget and meet the required specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction and Project Estimation
• Skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in Finnish is considered an advantage.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex drawings and specifications
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industries is a plus
