We're looking for a
Technical Support Specialist (Latvian-speaking)
who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making sure customers always feel supported. If you're eager to grow in FinTech and want to work in a team that moves fast, let's talk.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing fast and professional customer service in English and Latvian via phone and email
  • Solving technical issues and find solutions to customer problems
  • Managing customer e-mail accounts and respond to inquiries clearly and efficiently
  • Setting up customer accounts and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Handling complaints in a polite, friendly manner — always keeping customer satisfaction in focus
  • Sharing product information and specifications in an easy-to-understand way
  • Finding solutions to problems, or forward issues to the right team when needed
  • Staying up to date with product updates and changes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Latvian, with good skills in English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm, polite, and professional in any situation
  • A detail-oriented, proactive approach and eagerness to learn
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
