About the role:
As a Payroll Specialist in our People Training and Development team, you´ll work alongside experienced HR professionals who are passionate about creating a supportive and forward-thinking work environment. You main focus will be organizing and analyzing HR reporting and ensuring accurate payroll processing across SEB Estonia.
In this role, you will:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing with precision and confidentiality
- Prepare and submitting statutory declarations and statistics reports
- Monitor employee-submitted vacation and sick leave entries
- Conduct various HR-related data analyses to support decision-making
- Collaborate with our IT development team to improve and automate HR processes
- Contribute to the analysis, development, and administration of employee motivation programs
- Have a background in economics, finance, or accounting, and previous experience in payroll and/or accounting
- Are fast, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Have an experience with Latvian or/and Lithuanian payroll process
- Work independently and take initiative
- Have a positive mindset and strong communication skills
- Are ready to support colleagues across various HR-related topics
- Communicate fluently in both Estonian and English, both written and spoken
