THE ROLE:
Join the Genius team powering fan engagement with smart ads, AI-driven broadcasts, epic stats, and gamified experiences.
We're looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to ensure the smooth onboarding and ongoing success of digital marketing campaigns.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, setting up tracking, analyzing data, and making sure every campaign runs seamlessly. You'll work closely with teams across the business and directly with clients, combining your problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Overall technical ownership of the onboarding process for new digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and generate solutions for technical issues reported by digital marketing clients, ensuring timely response and clear communication, quality-driven solutions
  • Query databases to generate reports and perform data analysis
  • Deploy and troubleshoot site tags, configure tracking setups, and manage creative assets
  • Contribute as part of a team to achieve stipulated SLAs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (media, business development, account management, engineering etc.) to ensure quick and accurate delivery of our services

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including programmatic advertising (Ad Servers, media buying, site tagging, mobile measurement platforms)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Preferably previous work experience or a degree in digital marketing or technical field

IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL.
  • Familiarity with social marketing platforms (Meta, X, Google Ads etc.)
