Brand & Content Marketer
who's ready to help us tell that story to the world.
If you love translating ideas into engaging content, launching impactful go-to-market campaigns, and managing operations that make marketing run smoothly, this is your next challenge. This is an individual contribution hands-on role where you get to manage campaigns from planning to execution.
Our
Marketing Division
focuses on brand awareness and creates campaigns that ensure that we remain the
preferred technology partner
for retailers, logistics providers, and businesses transforming how the world receives products.
What you will do?
- Lead brand and content marketing initiatives that strengthen Cleveron's global voice and highlight our leadership in automation, robotics and last-mile logistics
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, coordinating with product, sales, and communications teams to ensure alignment and impact
- Create and distribute engaging content that resonates with our audiences across various digital platforms, encompassing thought leadership, product storytelling, case studies, and social media
- Manage marketing operations: oversee timelines, processes, budgets and performance tracking to keep campaigns efficient and results-driven
- As a lean marketing team member, collaborating with agencies and partners, you will ensure that the creative output meets Cleveron's high standards and aligns with our brand tone: confident, innovative, and clear
- Support our HR team in employer branding initiatives that attract top global talent
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure impact and inform continuous improvement
- Website management in WordPress, ensuring our digital presence reflects Cleveron's vision, values, and innovation
- Champion customer understanding, gathering insights to strengthen loyalty and create more meaningful engagement at every stage of the journey
What You Bring:
- You're both a strategist and a creator, someone who enjoys seeing ideas through from concept to launch
- Deep understanding of brand management and B2B marketing dynamics
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing and GTM campaigns
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills. You can turn complex ideas into simple, inspiring messages
- Comfortable working with or learning tools like WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, plus relevant work experience in a similar role
- Over 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- A proactive mindset – you take initiative, manage projects independently, and bring creative ideas to life
