As an Ads & Promotions Specialist you'll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and optimising advertising campaigns for our partners. You'll collaborate closely with the Key Account Management team and Global Ads teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver strong results. This is a great opportunity for someone with a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital advertising. You may also come from a background in digital marketing or paid media, such as a Digital Marketing Specialist or Paid Media Specialist, as these skills transfer exceptionally well into the role.

What you'll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you'll:

• Pro-actively contact our Partners to secure their participation in Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos campaigns.
• Assist Key Account Managers in driving venue activation by ensuring partners are engaged and utilizing the platform effectively.
• Set-up and launch ad and promos campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of delivery and performance.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
• Work with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery and performance, working with technical teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Work with the BI team to develop and maintain ad reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve ad operations processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Our humble expectations 

• Fluency in Estonian and English
• Proven years of experience in account management, business development or digital marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures and can set the methods and approach for new assignments while guiding teammates.
• Knowledge of ad serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager, AppsFlyer, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Amazon Advertising would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
