About the Role

 
We're looking for a detail-oriented Payment Operations Specialist to join our Finance & Operations team. In this role you will monitor payment flows across multiple providers and methods, ensuring smooth processing and timely resolution of payment issues.

You will be doing: 

  • Monitor daily payment operations across all supported methods (cards, e-wallets, crypto, bank transfers, open banking, vouchers).
  • Investigate and resolve failed or delayed transactions by analyzing transaction logs, callbacks, and payment statuses.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc analytical transaction reports for Finance and Technical teams as well as handling reconciliation reports.
  • Manage refund and chargeback cases, including communication with payment providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify trends or anomalies in payment data and recommend process or system improvements.

Your expertise to meet the requirement: 

  • 2+ years of experience working with diverse online payment methods (bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, bank transfers, open banking, vouchers, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of refund and chargeback processes and best practices.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret transaction logs, API callbacks, and other technical data to diagnose issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets or BI/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, gaming environments  is a plus.
