Senior Program Manager
to join our Central Operations team.

About the role
The Vehicle Financing Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and driving the successful execution of complex programs. They leverage their deep program area expertise, strategic thinking and leadership skills to ensure alignment with organisational goals, efficient resource allocation and the achievement of measurable results. They build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration across teams and provide mentorship to program managers, ensuring smooth program execution and exceeding expectations.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Analyse processes and data to identify opportunities in the Vehicle domain that directly address Bolt Rides division's business objectives and priorities.
  • Prioritise key opportunities for the business and plan, design and project manage programs aligned towards domain KPIs (# of active vehicles, Online Hours/Vehicle, % of active EVs and EV mileage).
  • Elaborate a robust tracking framework of transactions post execution and drive local teams accountability.
  • Define and achieve program's success metrics and give visibility on their goals, plans and progress to the business.
  • Execute on the operational framework, guidelines and playbook to support the above so as to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Closely collaborate with central teams such as Business Development, Fleet Operations, Product, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing and Country operations teams to develop and execute key programs that drive growth and efficiency.

About you:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in program management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in a relevant program area.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
