We are looking for a New Verticals Automation & Operations Manager to support our Delivery Vertical's Commercial processes and be a key member of the HQ Merchant management team. The team's mission is to continuously improve commercial efficiency and effectiveness by driving operational excellence, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable tools and processes.

About the role

The New Verticals Automation & Operations Manager ensures that new products and services - including Retail, DineOut and incubated business are seamlessly integrated into the broader commercial ecosystem.

This role connects Product, Tech, Commercial and new verticals teams to design scalable, efficient workflows that embed new offerings into the infrastructure and daily operations of global teams. This role ensures execution is structured, automated, and measurable, adapting new product realities into standard workflows.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise the end-to-end process for Retail, DineOut and new product flows, from prospecting to retention and growth.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business divisions to scale and integrate new products and services into day-to-day commercial workflows.
  • Implement AI solutions that enhance commercial team productivity and automate repetitive tasks across workflows.
  • Assess the underlying tech architecture to identify redundant processes, triggers, or mappings, and recommend structural improvements.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs, playbooks, and in-tool guidance that help commercial teams to master processes and tools.
  • Track FTE productivity and execution velocity; lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Experience in commercial enablement or operations within a commercial organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Looker, etc.).
  • Skilled at translating business goals into scalable automation and systems.
  • Skilled in change management, stakeholder coordination, and driving adoption across multi-market teams.
