We are looking for a
Direct Communication and Marketing Automation Specialist

to join our team in Estonia to manage direct marketing and automation campaigns. If you are detail-oriented and have experience in direct marketing, we are eager to have you on board. 

What you will do

: 

  • I

mplementation of direct marketing and marketing automation strategy, along with the communication plan

; 

  • Preparing and sending out email, mobile push, web push and SMS marketing campaigns; 

  • Setting up automated campaigns/flows in e-mail, push and SMS channels;

Analyzing the results of direct communication and providing recommendations for enhancing campaign performance.

  • Running and analyzing AB tests in e-mail, push and SMS channels 

What we expect

: 

  • 1+ years of experience in direct marketing or marketing automation (work experience in media and entertainment field will be considered an advantage); 

  • Attention to details; 

  • Experience with setting up automated direct marketing campaigns/flows 

  • Experience with marketing automation /email marketing platforms 

  • Understanding of email/pushes best practices for email/pushes creatives, templates, metrics, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies; 

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and content management systems; 

  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with a can-do attitude; 

  • Good project management skills; 

  • Analytical mindset, collaborative attitude; 

  • Fluent Estonian and English skills (both in oral and written communication).
