In a nutshell
The Exposure Specialist oversees all media purchasing activities that are related to exposure and brand recognition, identifying target audiences, planning campaigns, and negotiating with media outlets for optimal placements and prices.
Crucially the role won't deal with social media campaigns, but exclusively other types of banner and video campaigns including but not limited to: Direct deals with individual websites, adnetworks, google ads and stadium LED banners.
This role collaborates with other marketing teams to align strategies with business goals, analyzes campaign performance, adjusts strategies, and manages budgets to ensure effective media investments. By having a deep understanding of media trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies the Exposure Specialist maximizes the impact and efficiency of direct media investments.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:Strategy Development
- Conducts market research and competitive analysis
- Stays up-to-date with new exposure channels
- Collaborates with internal teams to extract maximum impact from exposure campaigns
- Initiates and/or coordinates projects in order to improve Exposure expansion, player acquisition and conversion
External Communication
- Manages relationships with Exposure partners (including direct deals as well as advertising networks and any similar service)
- Communicates independently with current and potential Exposure partners
- Negotiates contracts and rates with media vendors
Reporting and campaign success
- Measures the success of every Exposure campaign
- Creates new advertising campaigns, both with direct media purchases on websites, LED banners or physical advertising locations as well as advertising networks
- Monitors and optimizes campaign performance
- Creates and updates reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Analyzes and reports on active and past campaigns
Budgeting
- Plans and presents the budget
- Responsible for the allocation and optimization of the Exposure budget
All you need is…
- Proven experience with exposure campaigns (either as a media buyer or seller)
- Experience with advertising networks
- Proven iGaming experience and industry knowledge
- Experience working with designers for advertising creatives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a client-focused mindset
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong b2b relationships
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate campaign execution and budget management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficient in using Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience with the Southeast Asian market
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Portfolio from the previous jobs, proving his efforts and results
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
