Join us as a HEAD OF ESTONIAN BRANCH (COUNTRY MANAGER)

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of OP Corporate Bank's Estonian branch. Representing the values and reputation of the OP Financial Group, you will lead our local team, drive results, and strengthen our position as a trusted corporate banking partner in Estonia.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the branch's strategic and daily operations, with full sales and profit responsibility

Implementing local credit policy and managing credit risk decisions

Providing strategic direction of OP Baltics' marketing activities in the Estonian market

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, regulators, and public authorities

Contributing to the strategic planning and budgeting processes at the Baltic regional level

What we expect from you:

Solid professional background in corporate banking

Proven track record in senior executive roles and business development

Strong business acumen and deep insight into the financial needs of corporate clients

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multicultural and Nordic business environment

Excellent communication and networking skills, with a natural ability to represent the bank with professionalism and influence

Fluency in both Estonian and English

High ethical standards and an impeccable professional reputation

The selected candidate is subject to a fitness and propriety assessment, including a background check, in accordance with the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority's (FIN-FSA) guidelines effective from 1 November 2019, and the Finnish Act on Credit Institutions (Luottolaitoslaki 610/2014).
