We are looking for a
Product Analytics Manager
, who will oversee the product analytics teams and workflows to improve the Bolt's vertical products, including generation of actionable insight through data (via advanced analytics, experimentation, causal studies and other methods), creation and maintenance of data models and reports.

About The Role
You will manage a team of Product Analysts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that automate processes related to your product. Your role will involve aligning analytics needs with product strategies, driving process improvements, delivering actionable insights derived from data, and aligning metrics across different functional teams.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Product and Operational Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Defining metrics and targets for continuous improvement in our work processes and tooling
  • Conducting audits and analysis of analytical needs, orchestrating creation of data products and ensuring their usability and accuracy, existing workflows and platform tooling, identifying pain points to drive process improvements and scalability
  • Taking a key part in planning & product roadmapping, estimating the impact of product initiatives, overseeing
  • Collaborating with Product & Experimentation Teams to align on BI and data platform strategy and priorities to design and adopt scalable solutions through a common roadmap
  • Coordinating, prioritizing and verifying the work of assigned Analytics Engineers working for your product areas
  • Establishes efficient workflows for (re)training and support of broader product and other teams on processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure proficiency and adoption
  • Taking ownership of projects within the designated products and driving them to successful completion

About you:

  • You hold a BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
  • You have at least 8-10 years of proven experience dealing with large volumes of data, with significant ownership of company-scale projects, and are recognized as a trusted strategic partner. People leadership experience essential.
  • You can rank your SQL skills as "outstanding" and possess "profound" experience with Python/R for advanced data analysis and solution development.
  • You have extensive and expert-level experience with various BI tools, data visualization platforms, and data architecture concepts, capable of selecting and implementing advanced tools and methodologies.
  • You can prove your ability to lead complex experimentation initiatives, including advanced applied statistics, designing and analyzing experiments across multiple domains, and providing strategic recommendations that influence company-level decisions.
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are outstanding, and you are fluent in English, capable of communicating complex analytical insights and influencing decisions at the vertical leadership level.
  • You are experienced in leading and managing a team of 10+ Analysts, defining team structure and workforce planning across multiple teams, and overseeing headcount planning, hiring, and retention.
  • You manage group-level budget allocations, balancing people, tools, and delivery capacity.
  • You are an executional leader who aligns teams across execution priorities, ensuring group-wide operational excellence.
  • You develop strategic plans within your group, ensuring alignment with leadership direction.
  • You partner across departments to drive large-scale initiatives, influencing vertical (business-unit level) leadership decisions.
  • You are a recognized expert within the company, capable of solving highly ambiguous problems and advancing the craft of your field.
  • Advanced degree's (masters or PHD) are beneficial for the role.
