Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager who will strengthen our global product and innovation team's expertise by bringing essential knowledge and understanding of the credit product across all six IPF Digital markets. This is a high-impact role with the primary objective to take our digital lending customer journeys to the next level by analyzing, researching, and building them up across IPF Digital markets. This role will be responsible for maximizing the loan application conversion, up-sell, cross-sell, and developing the product lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, amending, and executing a targeted strategic product roadmap in line with the IPFD business strategy.

IPF Digital provides fast, flexible, and convenient credit solutions under the Creditea and Credit24 brands to retail customers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Australia, and the Czech Republic.

Our solutions are designed to be mobile-first with fully digital processes. The technology stack includes a native mobile APP, digital web journeys, and microservices infrastructure. We offer different types of loan products like instalment loans, credit line, and buy-now-pay-later.

Our customers might require money for something vital, such as paying an unexpected bill or coping with day-to-day expenses. Or they may be looking for help to carry out home improvements, buy a car, or start a business.

• Provide the scope (business requirements) and priorities to the development process, closely cooperating with the development team;
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's product journeys;
• Identify appropriate opportunities to maximize sales - this will include external innovations and ideas;
• Creation of go-to-market plans and launch product changes across IPFD markets;
• Co-definition with the design and UX team of customer journeys relevant for the credit customers in IPFD markets (including mobile wallet APP);
• Co-creation of credit services agenda, driving new solution implementation, defining business requirements, and a business case where needed;
• Understand the global trends in digital lending and bring this knowledge and insights to IPFD.

• Understanding of credit and lending business models, service design, and customer experience and journeys;
• Good knowledge of Web and Mobile technology;
• Excellent analytical skills (Google Analytics, Looker studio, etc.);
• Excellent knowledge of service design methodologies (Service Blueprinting, Lean, Jobs to be done, etc.);
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles;
• Expertise in product development frameworks such as agile, etc.;
• Strong project management skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels and across all functions and territories;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and deal with external partners;
• Fluent in verbal and written business English.
