We're seeking a
Product Manager – Marketing Platform
to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you'll help manage and improve our
marketing technology stack
, collaborating closely with development teams, Product Managers, Project Managers, and business operations to drive impactful results.

You will support the ongoing development and optimization of platforms such as our CRM, CMS, loyalty programs, segmentation tools, gamification features, and campaign management systems. You'll work with engineers to define priorities, groom backlogs, test and validate requirements, and ensuring smooth delivery. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and, when needed, external clients to ensure alignment with business objectives. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level product manager eager to work in a fast-paced environment and grow their product skills in a supportive and collaborative setting.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Work closely with stakeholders
  to understand business needs, upcoming initiatives, and technical constraints.
• Define product requirements
  and ensure user stories are well-documented and prioritized.
• Support the product backlog
  by tracking progress, updating tasks, and preparing for sprint activities.
• Conduct basic research
  , gather user feedback, and contribute to solution discovery with the team
• Collaborates with Designers and Engineers
  to scope, size, and deliver new features
• Establish a predictable product delivery cadence
  , ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Balance priorities
  between new feature development, tech debt reduction, bug fixes, and infrastructure improvements to enhance overall product quality.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
  to validate that product increments meet quality standards and user expectations.
• Lead development team ceremonies
  , including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize scope
  , ensuring features align with key business goals while maximizing impact.
• Manage trade-offs
  between quality, sustainability, and business needs, ensuring a well-balanced product strategy.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee
  successful feature launches, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.

You're good at

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on marketing technology or related enterprise software.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, CMS platforms, and other marketing technologies.
• Having prior experience in the iGaming industry is a definite advantage.
• Confidently collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and occasionally engaging with clients.
• Navigating agile development methodologies with ease and expertise.
• Communicating clearly and effectively, with a compelling presentation style.
• Making thoughtful decisions by evaluating value and prioritizing effectively.
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
