Leasing Decision Unit handle applications in a timely and professional manner and bring credit matters and customer (both private and mass business) experience to the next level.
What You Will Do:

  • Team Lead is responsible for business results, sustainable growth, for the customer focus and the efficiency.
  • Ensure timely application processing according to Luminor quality standards and risk appetite.
  • Ensure the quality in service, processes and procedures following and risk management through individual and team activities.
  • Fulfil all compliance requirements according to internal procedures.
  • Participate in Leasing & Factoring department management team activities.
  • Set clear targets for the team as well as for each employee and achieve team's agreed targets.
  • Responsible for newcomers training, setting development plans and engagement. Foster growth and development of your team.
  • Define and clarify the expectations and responsibilities of subordinates' roles and ensure the understanding how they align with unit's and Luminor's strategic goals and values.
  • Enable subordinates to deal effectively with their responsibilities, delegate the necessary authority in line with employee performance and seniority,
  • Promote and execute a risk culture in the team that addresses risk awareness and risk-taking behaviour, convey the messages from the Management Board to the team, ensure training of team on risk management, support the team in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities, and escalate risk-related issues.

What We Expect:

  • Previous managerial experience 1-3 years
  • Experience in similar (sales, sales support, sales management) role 1-5 years
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical thinking
  • Sales and sales management
  • Orientation to optimal sales and financial performance
  • Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills
  • Decision making ability
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
