Now we are looking for a Software Architect tojoin our team in Tallinn, Estonia. We work in a hybrid model and hope you can join us at the officetwice a week. Salary for this role will be €/month gross.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

  • Drive the company's technical strategy and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Design and implement platform architecture
  • Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep our platform at the forefront of the industry
  • Improve the platform to long-term health with high performance and low latency
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OFTHE MUST-HAVES:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • MS or BS degree in computer science or information technology
  • Minimum of years' solid experience as Java engineer with Spring, MySQL, JPA/Hibernate
  • Former experience as software architect
  • Deep experience with web-based systems, high-performance/low-latency platforms, and high-volume relational databases
  • Good understanding of Linux, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proactive, collaborative, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Fast learner and effective team player
