starts now We are seeking someone who wants to be more than a traditional showroom consultant — someone who wants to build a brand, trust, and long-term customer relationships.

Your role:

  • Active sales of new vehicles and building customer relationships
  • Representing and introducing a new brand (in the showroom, at the client's location, at events, and across digital channels)
  • Managing the sales process end-to-end and maintaining client relationships beyond the sale
  • Identifying new customers and growing a strong professional network
  • Contributing to brand visibility and reputation building

We expect from you:

  • A genuine interest in sales and working with people
  • Confidence and willingness to be visible and proactive outside the showroom
  • Independence, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience (experience in automotive, real estate, finance, or similar fields is an advantage)
  • Good command of Estonian; English and/or Russian is a plus
  • Category B driving licence
