Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR at you will be prequalifying leads and driving our sales efforts forward.

We are very happy if you grow into the AE role in the Baltics

How will you make an impact?

·       Engage and qualify leads
: Prequalify leads generated by marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.

·       
Tailor the pitch
: Clearly communicate 's value and benefits, adapting your approach to each customer's specific needs.

·       
Drive conversations
: Manage a high volume of outbound chats and calls, uncover customer needs, and position as the best-fit solution.

·       
Prospect actively
: Drive high activity targets- scheduling 10+ discovery meetings a week

·       
Collaborate with Sales
: Pass on qualified leads to the Sales team and support them in closing deals more efficiently.

·       
Stay organized
: Manage all interactions in Pipedrive CRM, ensuring activity is logged and records are accurate.

·       
Contribute to growth
: Take part in projects that improve sales operations and processes, sharing ideas to boost team performance.

·       
Share insights
: Exchange strategies and feedback with the whole team to enhance results and better understand customer needs.

What makes you a great fit?

·       Experience
: At least 2 years in a B2B sales, preferably SAAS product

·       
Languages
: Excellent spoken and written Estonian and English

·       
Communication
: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging phone presence.

Passion for tech
: Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions and the ability to share that excitement with potential customers.

Growth mindset
: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
