WE ARE HIRING A SALES EXECUTIVE

You'll play a key role in expanding B.East's global network — building relationships, closing deals, and securing international partners for our productions and services.

You are someone who has:

  • Proven experience in international advertisment industry, sales, distribution, or content partnerships
  • Strong understanding of global media markets and storytelling trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creative industries
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative, dynamic team

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Identify and engage potential international clients, broadcasters, and co-production partners
  • Build and maintain a strong global sales pipeline
  • Negotiate and close deals that align with B.East's creative and commercial goals
  • Represent B.East at international markets, festivals and industry events
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure strong client partnerships and smooth project delivery
