About the role
We are building a brand-new team at a pivotal moment of change in the compliance space, where pace, creativity and adaptability are key
You will be a founding member, with the freedom to leave your own stamp on how we work. Nothing is fixed, so you will help shape processes from the ground up while learning from a wide network across a large and dynamic company. If you are excited by fast-moving priorities, pivoting when needed and finding smarter, modern ways to approach compliance, this role is for you
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and embed a scalable and agile Compliance Programme across the company.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance by interpreting evolving requirements and advising the business.
- Support Risk Management by identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance risks.
- Lead the drafting, reviewing and updating of Policies and Procedures.
- Provide Reporting to leadership and stakeholders on compliance status, risks and progress.
About you:
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
- Strong project management skills and comfortable with building from scratch.
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for any audience.
- Hands-on experience of what a central compliance team looks like.
- Comfortable working in an agile way, adapting quickly without rigid structures.
- Curious, open-minded and motivated to challenge traditional compliance approaches with fresh thinking.
