Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the daily quoting process – interact and negotiate with suppliers in designated regions, explore market possibilities to achieve the best value.
  • Act as a key interface between internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely answers and optimal outcome to combine required solution.
  • Process and manage purchase orders in accordance with company standards.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external suppliers and evaluate their performance.
  • Develop understanding of partner product portfolio, network coverage and capabilities as well as market/country specific knowledge like regulations, operators, etc.
  • Monitor market trends and developments and share insight with management to support strategic procurement decisions.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline
  • Experience in a similar role, dealing with global and regional partners preferably from Telecom / Carrier environment; or within ICT (or Datacenter) services.
  • Good understanding of Telecom and ICT technologies.
  • Strong background in supplier negotiation and relationship management (local & international).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common business tools.
  • Fluent in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge in contract, T&C, and agreement would be an advantage.
