The Job in a Nutshell
Coolbet is seeking a positive, service-minded Customer Support Specialist to work with our Scandinavian customers. You will be the face of the company for new clients and the advocate for the customers within the company. Communication with our amazing customers is done via chat and email. You'll support their needs, using your better judgment to avoid sounding robotic. Collaborate with other departments to solve queries, confirming data from different sources. Enjoy working shifts with two weekends off per month. In our team, you will have the potential to learn and achieve a lot, simply by taking initiative. Join us and make a difference
A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Helping our customers via chat and e-mail, they are cool, but some need more attention than others.
- Working with other departments to solve customer queries requires confirming data from different sources to determine what would be the accurate outcome.
- Working day and evening shifts with two weekends off per month.
You're good at
- Being excellent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Being service-minded and having a positive attitude. We like to laugh and have fun, so be ready for it
- You are comfortable behind the keyboard, checking different points of data for accuracy.
- Interested in making your ideas count and your voice being heard.
- Prior experience in a similar role is not required but is preferred.
