We are looking for you to join the Contact Center Sales department in Customer Operations as a CUSTOMER ADVISOR (Swedish or Norwegian speaking)

YOUR MAIN ROLE

Handling customer requests via email, phone, and chat

Answering basic product-related questions

Communication with logistics, billing, planning, and transportation

Order creation and update in SAP

Clarification of problem cases

Delivery follow-up and investigation

Order and backlog follow-up

You Are a Perfect Candidate If
You have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

You are a clear communicator, empathetic, and a good listener

You are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking

You have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

You have previous experience in customer service or sales order function

You are fluent in Swedish and/or Norwegian and in English, both in written and in communication

You have completed secondary education, commercial college, or equivalent
