Danish Speaking Customer Advisor

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing travel project. This position is fully remote for candidates residing anywhere in Estonia.
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, helping them plan, book, and enjoy their travel experiences. You will ensure exceptional service by solving issues efficiently, guiding customers through their journey, and providing accurate and timely informationall from the comfort of your Estonian home office.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Assisting customers with booking processes, travel changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Providing accurate travel-related information in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
- Resolving issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keeping updated on project developments, travel offers, and industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Danish (C1+) excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service or travel-related experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Estonia.
- Training and onboarding will be conducted remotely. Candidates must have a suitable home office setup for training and ongoing work.
- The entire role is 100% remote, offering maximum flexibility for candidates residing anywhere in Estonia.
Relocation Note: Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. Candidates must already be based in Estonia to be considered.
