We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Administrator to help our support operations run smoothly. You'll handle admin tasks, keep records up to date, and assist our customer service team to make sure every interaction is smooth and efficient.

  • Good knowledge of English, Estonia and Russian languages
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Empathy and understanding - showing clients they truly matter
  • Helpful personality - we believe in practicing what we preach by being there for our clients and for each other

  • Work in shifts to ensure service coverage.
  • Respond to customer requests via chat, email, and other channels in line with company standards.
  • Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and find the best possible solutions.
  • Perform customer profile admin tasks, including identity and card verification, account status changes, and more per internal procedures.
  • Escalate and follow up on complaints and requests as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and report product malfunctions.
  • Process requests from gaming providers and internal teams.
  • Promote additional products and services when relevant.
