
Administrative and Client Services Officer

GITCCO is seeking an Administrative and Client Services Officer to support its daily operations in Estonia. This role involves direct communication with clients and partners, onboarding processes, CRM updates, document management, invoicing, social media monitoring, and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
- Onboard clients and partners, manage documents and CRM records
- Respond to emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages professionally
- Send and manage contracts and invoices
- Follow up on payments and update CRM workflows
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries
- Join virtual meetings, take notes, and support internal coordination
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in administrative support, customer services, or customer relationship roles
- Fluency in Estonian or Russian, and English (both spoken and written)
- Experience using CRM systems — knowledge of Zoho One is a strong advantage
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, email platforms, and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Experience handling invoicing, contracts, or digital signatures (e.g. Zoho Sign, DocuSign) is a plus
- Training and certification opportunities on Zoho CRM and immigration processes.
- Be resident in Tallinn.
