We are looking for a true diamond - Estonian, Latvian and Russian speaking outbound customer support agent. Join the growing Entain North and Central Europe team to challenge yourself
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct telemarketing negotiations with existing company customers,
Provide the necessary actions to increase the efficiency of sales of the company's services,
Understand customer needs and provide customized offers,
Know the offered services, to provide existing customers with the needed information,
Promote long-term relationships with the company's customers and take care of their satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in sales and / or customer service by phone,
Excellent verbal communication skills in Latvian, Estonian, and Russian; at least intermediate skills in English,
Orientation to professional customer service,
Negotiation skills,
Ability to argue and persuade,
Ability to make decisions independently, take responsibility and show initiative.
