- Validate and qualify suppliers, define performance metrics, and implement supplier KPIs.
- Negotiate pricing, frame agreements, payment terms, and volume discounts to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Support design changeovers and new product introductions (NPI) through early supplier engagement and readiness planning.
- Assess risks in the supply base and define mitigation strategies to secure continuity of supply.
- Lead and coordinate outsourcing activities to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives, focusing on cost efficiency, scalability, and long-term business growth.
- Lead and develop the purchasing team, improving sourcing processes, tools, and coordination.
- Build long-term partnerships with key suppliers to ensure innovation, capacity, and cost stability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sourcing aligns with engineering requirements and production plans.

- Opportunity to work on industry-leading self-driving delivery robot technology on a uniquely large scale, creating history and making things happen.
- You can immerse yourself in the world of technology and innovation.
- You will have a chance to work with people with a strong inner burning and motivation. We are self-aware and seek feedback and improvement. We don't want to wait until we are told what needs to be done but take it as a matter of pride to figure out solutions for topics in various teams and areas.
