About the team:
We are currently seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic Sales and Services team in Tallinn. In this position, we will rely on you to serve as the primary point of contact for our Estonian clients, including financial instrument issuers and banking institutions that participate in the Nasdaq CSD network. We expect you to build and maintain robust client relationships while providing outstanding day-to-day advisory services and support. Additionally, you will contribute to our business development initiatives. This role offers diverse responsibilities that adapt to our evolving business needs and priorities.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver top-notch customer consultation and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Handle registration and corporate action documentation with precision, working closely with the Operations team.
- Tackle and resolve inquiries from various securities industry partners, both locally and internationally.
- Support post-trade industry initiatives at local and European levels, including regulatory changes, new product launches, and sales activities.
- Get involved in product and service development, implementation projects, and systems testing.
- Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Proactively contribute to the establishment, improvement, and refinement of Nasdaq CSD's customer service and sales processes.
- An academic degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong customer orientation with a deep understanding of client concerns and challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills and a growth mindset.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in written and spoken Estonian as well as English.
- Experience in the financial sector and/or data analytics.
