We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Financial Systems Analyst to join our Finance Platform team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a foundation in accounting and financial reporting principles, coupled with practical experience in managing and implementing ERP systems.
The ideal candidate is business-oriented, tech-savvy, highly analytical, looks at processes end-to-end, and is passionate about the intersection of finance and technology.

About us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission

About the role

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a business-critical role in continuously developing and optimizing Bolt's ERP system (currently Workday FINS). You will leverage your ERP and finance process knowledge to address user needs, configure financial modules of the system (with the focus on supply chain), and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements in our tools and workflows.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive the evolution of ERP financial modules through implementation, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations users of ERP to analyze needs and create functional and technical solutions within the ERP.
  • Configure and customize ERP financial and spend modules to match business processes and regulations.
  • Support end-users with training and clear documentation for effective ERP use.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability.
  • Serve as the main ERP expert for finance and supply, providing support and resolving problems.
  • Collaborate with business and tech teams on system updates, improvements, and automation.

About you:

  • You have a good grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, financial and procurement processes.
  • You have at least 2+ years of experience in Finance or Procurement.
  • You have strong hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • You are excited about working with stakeholders and users and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You step into their shoes, understand their needs, and find the most effective solutions for them.
  • You act like an owner: managing your priorities and backlog and constantly aligning with teams impacting your work.
  • You can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don't tick every box, please consider applying

Why you'll love it here:

  • Play a direct role in shaping the future of mobility.
  • Impact millions of customers and partners in 600+ cities across 50+ countries.
  • Work in fast-moving autonomous teams with some of the smartest people in the world.
  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Get a rewarding salary and stock option package that lets you focus on doing your best work.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working in a hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week to foster strong connections and teamwork.
  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
