Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in Tallinn. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery. Responsibilities include planning project timelines, managing resources, tracking progress, and resolving any issues that arise. The role also involves liaising with clients and stakeholders, organizing inspections, and managing logistics throughout the project life cycle.
Qualifications
- Skilled in Expeditor and Expediting processes to ensure seamless coordination and timely task progression.
- Solid experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing large-scale projects.
- Expertise in Inspection procedures and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Proficient in Logistics Management to oversee the efficient flow of goods and resources within projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
