About the Role

I'm a fractional CFO working with multiple clients across industries. As my practice grows, I need a
structured, proactive finance professional
to take ownership of coordination and operational tasks. You'll help keep processes tight and data accurate so I can focus on strategic work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage RFPs, synthesizing client inputs
  • Monitor and follow up on month-end checklists and closing processes
  • Update financial models and reports
  • Detect and fix formula errors in Excel or other tools
  • Conduct light research and assist in process automation initiatives
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Take the lead in documenting and improving internal processes
