About The Role
We're looking for a
Group Reporting Senior Accountant
to join our
Finance team
in
Tallinn
.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of group-level financial statements and reports, supporting audits, and improving financial processes.

You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Compliance, and IT teams to keep our reporting reliable, compliant, and continuously improving.

This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and driving improvements in accounting processes.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Generate ad-hoc financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Support the finance team during annual audits and ensure compliance with established accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve issues and enhance workflows.
  • Maintain clear documentation of accounting procedures and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in group reporting, consolidation, or financial accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or reporting systems.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
