As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our People team. We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to help us attract new talent, strengthen our employer brand, and create exceptional experiences for our people.
You will play a key role in shaping how new Markiteers join us and supporting them throughout their journey. And every second year, you'll get to meet the whole global team in person at our Markit Global Summit - a tradition of learning, collaboration, and celebrating success together.
Requirements
• Ideally, 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or generalist People roles.
• Interest and good understanding of sourcing methods and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Experience with People systems (ATS, HRIS). We use HiBob, and prior experience is a bonus - not a requirement.
• A genuine passion for people, culture, and building a great place to work.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).
