We are looking for an experienced
HSQ (Health, Safety and Quality) Lead
to oversee, enhance and implement occupational safety and quality measures across the group.

Your daily role:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide quality and occupational health & safety procedures.
  • Oversee the quality and environmental management system, ensuring alignment and compliance with applicable standards and ESG principles.
  • Conduct assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improving occupational safety practices.
  • Analyse data and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to boost employee awareness of occupational safety principles, and promote a culture of safety and quality across the organisation.

What describes you:

  • Previous experience in occupational safety, quality or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health&safety, quality regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive in taking the initiative and leading necessary changes for continuous improvement.
  • Genuine passion for renewable energy.
