Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role(with possibility of remote work when initial training is completed) for a Customer Relationship Manager and Sales Specialist located in Tartu. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, identifying and evaluating client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting client calls, negotiating quote terms, coordinating with our projects team to tailor programs, and following up on client inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify and evaluate client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian.
  • Knowledge of English and/or Russian is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Experience with Slack and TMS software is a plus.
  • Experience in the training or education sector is a plus
  • At least a high school education and the ambition to succeed
