DevOps engineer (VPN infrastructure)

Наш клиент - компания, выпустившая 5+ успешных продуктов с 2+ млн активных пользователей и 50+ млн скачиваний. Создают современные и оптимизированные мобильные приложения с использованием графических нейросетей, AI и передовых технологий.

Сейчас строят высоконагруженную инфраструктуру VPN-продукта, которая работает по всему миру и ежедневно обрабатывает миллионы подключений. У них амбициозные планы по масштабированию, геораспределению и оптимизации протоколов под различные пользовательские сценарии (Netflix, обход блокировок и др.).

В свою команду ищут DevOps-инженера, который возьмёт на себя как hands-on задачи, так и архитектуру и развитие всего DevOps-направления.

Что будет по задачам:

  • Управление всей инфраструктурой серверов (RAM-only, VPS, выделенные сервера);
  • Разработка и внедрение архитектуры для балансировки, failover и масштабирования;
  • Развёртывание новых серверов в разных странах, оптимизация геораспределения;
  • Подбор, тестирование и внедрение VPN-протоколов (WireGuard, XRay/XTLS/WebSocket, OpenVPN, VMESS и др.);
  • Создание образов для развёртывания, автоматизация установки и конфигурации;
  • Поддержка системы мониторинга и алертов (миграция с Zabbix на Prometheus/Grafana);
  • Настройка ротации IP, TOR fallback, no-log политики;
  • Работа совместно с продуктовой командой над улучшением UX: скорость, стабильность, отказоустойчивость;
  • Постоянный поиск точек оптимизации и масштабирования.

Что ждем от кандидата:

  • 4+ лет опыта в роли DevOps Engineer, включая самостоятельную работу с архитектурой;
  • Опыт работы с VPN, прокси и сетевой инженерией — от 2 лет
  • Опыт работы с WireGuard, XRay/XTLS/WebSocket, OpenVPN, IKEv2, ShadowTLS, VMESS и др.;
  • Понимание принципов failover, балансировки, ротации IP, RAM-only инфраструктуры;
  • Уверенное владение Prometheus, Grafana (или опыт миграции с Zabbix);
  • Умение документировать архитектурные решения и процессы;
  • Самостоятельность, системное мышление, способность брать ответственность за целый блок;
  • Английский язык B2
